DriveCircle

Terms of Service

Last updated: August 1, 2026

These terms govern your use of DriveCircle, a personal vehicle ownership, trip, commute, and community companion. By using DriveCircle, you agree to use it responsibly and only for lawful purposes.

Who Operates DriveCircle

DriveCircle is a product of The Kishores. References to "we", "us", or "DriveCircle" in these terms mean The Kishores, operating the DriveCircle product.

Use of the Service

You are responsible for the accuracy of the vehicle, trip, fuel, document, commute, and profile information you enter. DriveCircle is a companion tool and should not replace official documents, professional advice, road safety judgment, or verified government records.

Maps, Routes, Tolls, and Traffic

DriveCircle may show trip planning, commute estimates, toll context, or route suggestions using third-party data providers. These estimates can be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Always follow road signs, local law, and the navigation app you choose for active driving.

Community Content

Community tips, food recommendations, route notes, and trip suggestions are contributed by users. DriveCircle may moderate, remove, or restrict content that is unsafe, misleading, abusive, unlawful, or unrelated to the community purpose.

Vehicle Verification and Partner APIs

Some features may depend on third-party, government, or partner APIs such as vehicle verification, challan lookup, insurance, toll, or FASTag services. These features may require approval, consent, additional terms, and availability from the respective provider.

Accounts and Security

You are responsible for keeping your Google, Telegram, or other login method secure. If you believe your account has been misused, contact support and revoke access from the relevant identity provider.

No Warranty

DriveCircle is provided as-is. We aim to keep it useful and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect data accuracy, or availability of every integration.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, DriveCircle is not liable for indirect losses, missed alerts, wrong estimates, third-party service failures, traffic decisions, fines, road incidents, or losses caused by inaccurate user-entered data.

Changes

We may update these terms as DriveCircle evolves. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
