DriveCircle is a vehicle ownership and road-trip companion for drivers in India. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control your information.

Who Operates DriveCircle

DriveCircle is a product of The Kishores. References to "we", "us", or "DriveCircle" in this policy mean The Kishores, operating the DriveCircle product.

Information We Collect

When you sign in, we collect basic account information such as your name, email address, profile image, and authentication identifier.

When you use the app, you may add vehicle details, registration number, fuel logs, service records, expenses, trip history, commute settings, favorite places, and document metadata.

Location data is used only for features you choose to use, such as trip tracking, commute reminders, nearby route context, and offline trip records.

How We Use Information

We use your information to operate DriveCircle, sync your garage across devices, calculate fuel and trip costs, send commute or trip reminders, maintain your vehicle history, and improve app reliability.

We may use aggregated, non-identifying information to understand feature usage and improve the product.

Vehicle Verification

DriveCircle plans to offer optional vehicle verification through government or partner APIs, once the required access approvals are in place. This will always require your explicit consent, and will only be used to confirm vehicle ownership or document details — nothing beyond that.

DriveCircle never asks you to store your Aadhaar number in your garage profile.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only when needed to provide app features, comply with law, prevent abuse, or when you choose to share a trip, recommendation, or community contribution.

Storage and Security

Your data is stored using DriveCircle backend services and trusted infrastructure providers such as Cloudflare and Google/Firebase services where applicable. We use access controls, authentication, and HTTPS to protect information in transit and at rest.

Your Choices

You can update vehicle and profile information inside the app. You can stop location collection by disabling location permission on your device. You can request data deletion or account support by contacting [email protected].
